PRIDE is the acronym we use across our teams to reflect our activities in reviewing performance and identifying ways we can grow our staff to their highest potential. We ask our team members to complete their PRIDE forms at least 3 days before their meeting.
PRIDE- starts with you. The letters stand for Performance Reviews, Improving, Developing, and Empowering employees.
